Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender for Logs".

1)  have read and am/are familiar with the terms of this tender;
2)  have inspected the log deck on __________________, 200__ and am/are satisfied that the logs in question are representative of the species/size/grade advertised; and this is reflected in my/our bid price. By not signing the inspection confirmation, I/we waive the right to any recourse after the purchase is closed.
3)  agree that the tender may not be withdrawn after the closing time without the approval of RCFC;
4)  agree it is the tenderer's responsibility to contact RCFC at 837-5733 to determine who is the successful tenderer;
5)  will deliver, if the successful tenderer, full payment in: cash, cheque, money order, or other form of payment acceptable to RCFC, for the logs within two weeks of the tender opening. If agreeable to RCFC, extensions may be granted with interest accruing at prime + 4% compounded daily.
6)  agree, if the successful tenderer, I/We will be solely responsible for insuring logs and storage costs after payment;
7)  agree the deck will become the property of the successful tenderer and will be released immediately upon full payment; if payment is in the form of a cheque, payment will be deemed at the time RCFC's bank notifies RCFC that the cheque has cleared;
8)  agree the loading of purchased logs onto log haul trucks is included in purchase price;
9)  agree I/We may bid on one or more of deck(s) offered and that for the purposes of tender acceptability bidding on each deck is considered separately;
10)  agrees that RCFC reserves the right to decide whether or not to award the tender based on bids received;
11)  agree that as the successful tenderer that if I/We decline to follow through with completion of the purchase, for any reason, R.C.F.C. may re-advertise the lot at a later date and I/We will not be eligible to rebid on that lot.
12)  declare I/We do not have any outstanding account payable greater than 30 days for monies owed to RCFC;
13)  agree that the purchase price does not include GST, which will be added;
14)  tender on this deck as below:
